
周雯雯,农学博士,校聘副高,硕士研究生导师。主要从事食品中农药残留分析检测及其在环境中的代谢物转化机制研究,围绕除草剂、杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂等开展残留分析、环境行为、转化路径及分子机制研究,熟悉相关农药的转化路径与反应活性。主持国家自然科学基金地区项目1项、江西省自然科学基金面上项目及教育厅项目3项、横向课题2项,其中在研国家自然科学基金项目1项、江西省自然科学基金项目1项,参与完成国家自然科学基金8项。先后在Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Physical Chemistry A、Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy等期刊以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文21篇,其中IF>5.0论文5篇;获授权专利3项、软件著作权2项。长期承担《食品添加剂》课程教学与建设,主持省级线上线下一流本科课程及多项校级一流课程、课程思政示范课程和智慧课程建设,主编出版食品专业规划教材《食品添加剂》,主持省级教改课题1项,主持完成校级教改课题3项,发表教改论文6篇,并参与省级教改课题2项。近年来获得教育部课程思政案例大赛一等奖、江西省教学成果奖青年培养项目、校级教学成果特等奖及教学设计创新大赛特等奖等多项教学奖励,在科研项目组织、农药残留与环境转化机制研究,以及课程建设、教材建设和教学改革方面具有较扎实的基础。
